Week 15: Final Project

Before doing this project I had no idea how to make chocolate chip cookies. My parents always made the different cookies for our family. This project forced me to learn how to quickly learn how to make chocolate chip cookies. The process of learning to make the cookies and actually baking the cookies was very easy. The hardest part of this whole project was making the video to document the process. I used my iPhone to record different video clips to piece together into a video. Using Adobe Premier Clip was not as easy as making the cookies. Surprisingly, the easy part was the editing of the video clips for a how to video. The uploading process to YouTube was much harder. It took several hours to get the video uploaded. It required several attempts to re-upload the video before it was successfully uploaded. This was a very frustrating process, however in the end I did get the video uploaded.

Overall it was fun learning how to make chocolate chip cookies and very tasty. However I’m not sure how making this long of a how to video will be applicable in a Special education setting.
